First Connect Health is seeking a Social Work LMSW - Licensed Master Social Worker for a travel job in Spokane, Washington.

Contract Length: 13 weeks 
- Shift: 5x8hr Days (Mon-Fri; Weekends not required)
- Daily Patient Load: 1:50-60+ (1:1 patient care and group counseling)
- Years of Experience REQ: At least 1 YR of experience working with geriatrics
- First-Timers Accepted: Yes
- Weekend REQ: No
- Certs REQ: BLS
- Skills REQ: Biopsychosocial assessment, Documentation and Care Planning
- Is on-call REQ? No
- Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.
- EPIC EMR experience is REQUIRED
- Department Details & Patient Diagnoses: Serving adults 55 and older who are low income, medically complex, have mental dx, behaviors, and/or substance abuse.
***Traveler must be willing / interested in joining facility permanently after their assignment***
