The Ultrasound Technologist performs diagnostic ultrasound procedures under supervision to aid physicians in diagnosing and treating medical conditions. The role requires specialized training in diagnostic ultrasound and certification within one year of hire. Under the supervision of the Diagnostic Supervisor, Manager or Director, perform ultrasound procedures to assist the physician in the diagnosis and treatment of illness and disease.
