ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
We are seeking a Marketing Intern to join our team. This role will focus on updating and maintaining our Customer Relationship Management System (Microsoft Dynamics) by collaborating with our field team to ensure accurate and up-to-date practice information. This role is crucial in supporting our commercial team's efforts and assessing the impact of different marketing programs.
This is a hybrid position, requiring a presence in the office a few times each week. Therefore, applicants must be in the Twin Cities for the duration of the internship.
OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE
CRM System Updates: Work within our Microsoft Dynamics to update practice information, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Field Team Collaboration: Connect with field team members to gather missing or updated information on medical practices.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data collection and CRM organization for better usability.
Data Integrity: Maintain and ensure high data quality by following best practices and verifying information sources.
Learning & Development: Gain hands-on experience with CRM platforms and data management processes in a real-world business setting.
WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM
Required:
Currently pursuing a four-year degree in Business, Marketing, Data Management, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to take initiative and seek solutions.
Preferred:
Experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
Familiarity with data management best practices.
Experience working with remote teams or field-based professionals.
Analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and inconsistencies in data
