Job Summary: This position is ideal for interns or early-career professionals who are looking to gain practical accounting experience in a real-world setting—specifically within the architecture and construction industry. As part of a cost-effective staffing approach , we are intentionally seeking individuals who is willing to join the finance team and are motivated to learn, grow, and contribute , even if they are just starting out. This role offers valuable exposure, mentorship, and hands-on training in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  Day-to-Day Bookkeeping

• Accurately record and reconcile financial transactions using [QuickBooks, Xero, or similar software].

• Process vendor bills and manage payment schedules.

• Generate and issue invoices to clients based on project stages or time-billing.

• Follow up on outstanding receivables and maintain clear aging reports.

• Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly.

Project Job Costing

• Support project managers in tracking budget-to-actual performance.

• Help compile financial summaries and cost reports for active jobs.

• Strong ethical standards when handling sensitive financial data.

• Proactive, organized, and able to manage tasks independently in a remote role.
