Job Title: Mid-Senior Associate – Private Equity M&A Job ID: 62734 Location: Washington, DC Overview: We are looking for a talented Mid-Senior Associate to join our client’s US Private Equity practice group in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of M&A experience, with a specific emphasis on Private Equity M&A. The role involves working on private equity transactions, funding arrangements, strategic M&A, acquisitions and divestitures, and joint ventures. What you will be doing: Execute private equity transactions and funding arrangements Contribute to strategic M&A initiatives Manage acquisitions and divestitures of assets and companies Participate in the structuring and execution of joint ventures What you must have: Mid-Senior Associate with Class Years 2018 – 2020 3-4 years of M&A experience, with a focus on Private Equity M&A Strong academic credentials Experience with private equity-backed companies strongly preferred Excellent writing, communications, and interpersonal skills J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school You may be asked to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or have a valid religious or medical reason not to be vaccinated.
