Role Overview: We're seeking an experienced and motivated Used Car Sales Consultant to support our growing pre-owned vehicle business. You’ll guide customers through the purchase process, evaluate trade-ins, and maximize volume and profitability. What We Offer: * Expected yearly salary is between $50,000 - $150,000 * Full Employee Benefits Package, including health, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO * High-quality pre-owned inventory & strong lead traffic * Ongoing training and career development * Employee discounts on vehicles, services, and parts * Team-oriented and supportive leadership group * Closed Sunday What You’ll Do: * Welcome and engage customers while identifying needs and vehicle preferences * Present pre-owned and Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) inventory * Explain vehicle history, inspection process, warranties, and pricing * Conduct trade-in evaluations and collaborate with the Used Car Manager * Negotiate pricing, financing, and terms to reach mutually beneficial deals * Maintain accurate CRM follow-up practices and customer records * Achieve monthly sales and gross profit targets * Build long-term relationships for repeat and referral business What You Bring: * Previous automotive or used car sales experience strongly preferred * Strong negotiation, closing, and customer service skills * Familiarity with KBB, NADA, and other valuation tools * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record * Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed Preferred Skills: * Certified Pre-Owned sales experience * Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus * Experience at a franchised dealership Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement: Subaru of Jacksonville is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
