About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Global Quality Assurance to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive QA strategy that ensures the highest standards of compliance across all global clinical, regulatory, and manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a culture of quality excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement, and will serve as the primary quality leader, overseeing all aspects of the QA function, including GxP compliance and quality control of the company's products and activities. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in global QA strategy development and implementation, and a deep understanding of GCP, GMP, GLP, and global regulatory requirements. Candidates for the VP of Global Quality Assurance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 15 years experience in quality assurance, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry. The role demands a leader with strong technical skills, both functional and non-functional, and experience in a continuous delivery environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of ethics, be highly diplomatic, and possess excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills. They should also have a proven ability to build, manage, and mentor high-performing global QA teams, and be adept at promoting collaboration across clinical, regulatory, and operations functions to achieve quality goals efficiently.
