ImageFIRST is the largest and only national linen rental and laundry service specializing in the healthcare market. Acquired by private equity firm Calera Capital in 2018, ImageFIRST serves medical facilities nationwide providing linen, patient gowns, scrubs, and more while managing their clients’ linen inventory for cost management. As leaders in infection prevention, they currently own and operate the most HLAC-accredited facilities in the industry. ImageFIRST is dedicated to improving patient satisfaction and making customers happy with our white glove service! We are seeking a Vice President of Marketing to join our dynamic team. As a VP of Marketing, you will work with the SVP of National Systems & Marketing, VP of Marketing, SVP of Sales, and Chief Revenue Officer to lead our marketing department and drive our overall marketing strategy. ImageFIRST is a sales-driven company, with a sales field force of over 100 and a non-hierarchical culture. As a Private Equity-backed company, this role will be exposed to the world of Private Equity investing. Location: Elmsford, NY (30 mins north of Central Park) Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to enhance brand positioning and market share. Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and high performance. Oversee market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities, adjusting strategies accordingly. Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize ROI on campaigns and programs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated marketing efforts. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using KPIs and analytics tools; continuously optimize campaigns based on insights gathered. Drive digital marketing efforts. Oversee branding efforts to ensure a consistent and appealing brand message. Requirements: 8+ years experience in corporate strategy, sales/marketing, commercial strategy, corporate development and/or strategy/management consulting (3+ years), ideally with private equity-owned companies. Master's degree or MBA required. Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools, as well as traditional marketing strategies. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation. Experience managing budgets and forecasting. Strong work ethic resulting in consistent, high-quality performance. Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, time-sensitive, and collaborative environment. Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
