About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Cash Management to join their leadership team. The successful candidate will be a strategic and results-driven professional with a passion for helping businesses optimize cash flow and deepen banking relationships. Key responsibilities for this role include leading the company's cash management strategy, driving new client acquisition, and expanding the use of treasury products across the commercial portfolio. The role also involves partnering with various teams to identify and close cash management opportunities, serving as a subject matter expert in treasury solutions, and customizing product recommendations based on client needs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in cash management, treasury management, or commercial banking, with a deep expertise in treasury services, business banking deposit products, and cash flow management solutions. They should have a proven track record of driving deposit growth and increasing fee-based revenue through proactive cash management strategies. Strong consultative sales skills, a leadership presence, and knowledge of treasury management systems and fraud prevention tools are essential. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is highly valued. The role requires a professional who can ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal standards, and who is adept at managing the full client lifecycle from business development to ongoing relationship management.
