Job Description

What you'll do

• Oversee all back-end operations to broadcast a high-quality live news show on platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
• Turn live shows into sharp, bite-sized content with social-native graphics optimized for each platform
• Set up our New York-based production space—advise on the best camera, lighting, and audio gear and help design the set from scratch
• Assist in booking guests for the show and manage logistics and communication with their teams
• Collaborate with the host on segment structure, show flow, and overall production strategy

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands on experience video and audio editing with a strong focus on engaging, social-first content
• Strong working knowledge of camera, lighting, and audio gear, with confidence managing complete production setups
• Experience running the back end of live streams, including real-time graphics - on major social platforms.
• Experience booking guests or booking high profile interviews
• Solid understanding of the tech industry and business news cycle
• Calm under pressure and quick on deadlines
• Strong organizational skills; a solution-oriented attitude; enthusiasm to show initiative and take charge; extraordinary creativity.
