Job Posting: Weekend Receptionist at Infinger Furniture

Location: Infinger Furniture, 217 S Goose Creek Blvd, Goose Creek, SC 29445

Position Type: Part-time (Weekend Shift)

Hours: Saturdays and Sundays, Sat (10am-6pm), Sun (12pm-5pm)

(And o ne additional weekday shift )

• Position Overview:** As the Weekend Receptionist at Infinger Furniture, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, offering a welcoming, professional, and helpful experience. Your role will involve greeting customers, answering phone calls, assisting with general inquiries, and supporting our sales and operations teams as needed. You’ll be key in creating a positive first impression and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the store.
• Key Responsibilities:**
• Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department.
• Manage the front desk, ensuring the area is neat, organized, and inviting.
• Ensure customer needs are met promptly and courteously, always delivering exceptional service.
• Help coordinate and support store promotions and events as needed.
• Qualifications:**
• Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) or equivalent office software preferred, but not required.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to help customers with their needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
