Job Description

At Munro Footwear Group (MFG), we're home to some of Australia's most loved and trusted footwear brands. With a proud legacy and national reach, we're looking for a strategic and driven Wholesale National Sales Manager to lead and grow our Women's Range Portfolio of wholesale brands.

In this high-impact role, you'll be responsible for driving national sales performance, expanding market reach, and managing key account relationships across both major and independent wholesale partners. Working closely with our GM of Wholesale, you'll execute a forward-thinking wholesale strategy focused on sustainable, profitable growth.

More about the role

  • Collaborate with the Product Development team to create ranges and SMUs tailored to major account needs
  • Manage ongoing communication with accounts to maximise orders and monitor sales and stock levels
  • Coordinate marketing and advertising, track budgets, invoicing, and sales performance
  • Develop clearance strategies to manage stock for our sales channels
  • Analyse weekly sales data and customer feedback. Share insights with the Marketing team to support campaign planning
  • Partner with senior leadership to align on margins, profitability, and budgeting across wholesale

About you

  • 2+ years managing key wholesale accounts at a senior level
  • Proven experience in new business development and demonstrated commercial acumen
  • Understanding of the local wholesale/retail/ multi-channel market
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, combined with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical, planning and reporting skills
  • Ability to lead and retain a high-performing sales team
