Dogwood Media Solutions is a digital first marketing agency based in the Montgomery, Alabama area.

While previous experience in developing WordPress, specifically with Elementor, would set you apart from the crowd, we understand that this is an entry-level position. A genuine interest in learning and listening is required.

This is an in-office position located in Pike Road, Alabama, a suburb of Montgomery. No relocation assistance is available. Remote work will not be considered.

Web Developer Job Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for taking a design from our designers and bringing it to life on WordPress using the Elementor platform. Some coding will be required along with an eye for design. You will be responsible for loading content and ensuring it is clear and understandable to users who visit the page. Learning SEO best practices and Accessibility practices will be taught.

Web Developer Job Duties:

• Interpreting web designs delivered by designers in Figma.
• Taking direction from other developers and managers.
• Receiving constructive feedback from clients and acting upon it.
• Ability to block out distractions and dig in when needed.
• Content updates based on client requests.
• Other development tasks include addressing responsiveness and accessibility issues daily.
• The position requires constant communication with colleagues.
