Job Title

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Loading & Unloading / Warehouse Support

• Manually load and unload products, often lifting up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move materials as needed
• Organize and stage inventory for shipment and internal use
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment

Shipping & Receiving

• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
• Prepare products for shipping according to company and customer specifications
• Use hand-held scanners and/or documents to track inventory movements

Communication & Continuous Improvement

• Communicate effectively with warehouse, production, and customer service teams
• Participate in safety meetings and initiatives
• Support continuous improvement efforts and special projects as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Strong physical fitness; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable working in varying conditions, including heat and outdoor exposure
• Willing to perform physically demanding labor for extended periods (90% labor)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, if needed
• High school diploma or GED preferred

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS

• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and climbing
• Manual dexterity for handling products and using warehouse equipment
• Regular exposure to warehouse conditions (heat, noise, dust, etc.)
• Ability to wear required PPE including safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection
