• Lead and mentor a team of accounts receivable specialists , ensuring effective task delegation, performance monitoring , and professional development.
• Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process , ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with financial policies.
• Oversee the accurate and timely generation of invoices , including annual mass billing processes .
• Analyze open customer receivables , identify trends, and propose solutions to resolve discrepancies .
• Review past-due accounts, research disputed invoices, and take necessary actions such as invoice resends, PO number updates, and issue resolution .
• Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports , identifying key trends and areas for improvement .
• Oversee the annual audit process for accounts receivable, ensuring all reporting requirements are met.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring timely responses to billing inquiries and dispute resolutions .
• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated A/R issues, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders .

• Associate's degree in Accounting or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred .
• 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable management , with at least 2 years of team leadership experience .
• Proven success in managing A/R operations in a business environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software (preferably Oracle NetSuite ) and data analysis tools .
