Now Hiring – Property Management Professionals (Affordable Housing)
Location: Minneapolis–St. Paul Metro Area
Pay Range: Competitive, based on position and experience

Are you passionate about providing quality housing and excellent customer service? We’re looking for experienced Property Management professionals to join our team within Affordable Housing communities throughout the Twin Cities!

Open Positions:

• Leasing Consultants
• Assistant Property Managers
• Property Managers

Responsibilities may include:

• Managing daily operations of affordable housing communities
• Ensuring compliance with HUD, Section 42/Tax Credit, and other housing programs
• Supporting residents with lease applications, renewals, and certifications
• Coordinating maintenance requests and community upkeep
• Providing outstanding customer service to residents and applicants
• Assisting with rent collection, budgets, and reporting

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in multifamily or affordable housing required
• Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, or Section 8 programs preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
