Job Description

HumanGood actively incorporates our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Develops awareness of residents' interests and needs and assists residents in maximizing their independence and participation. Provides exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living to recreational activities. Creates a safe environment in which to provide resident care.

Schedule: Full-Time, Days 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday

Pay: $22.50-$29/hr depending on experience

• Base pay: $22.50-$29/hr
• Shift Differential/Additional Hourly Pay: $3 for Weekends Shifts;

Work Duties:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADL's) such as dressing, grooming, bathing, feeding, transferring, etc.
• Prepare meals and assist in dining activities as needed
• Observe and report any unusual symptoms and problems of resident to supervisor
• Utilize tablets and computer systems for documentation and team communication
• Assists and escorts residents to medical or social appointments, or errands
• Perform home management tasks such as housekeeping, shopping, laundry, etc. as needed
• Provide technical assistance to residents such as connecting devices to Wi-Fi, resetting passwords, connecting TV, etc. 
• Other related work as needed

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• CA Certified Nursing Assistant License (Required) 
• Prior CNA or caregiving experience
• Valid CA Driver's License (Required)

*As a team member driving company vehicles, this position is subject to random drug and alcohol testing
