We are seeking a Change Manager to support the ongoing implementation and stabilization of Oracle Cloud Financials. This role will play a key role in supporting business-as-usual (BAU) operations and post-implementation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and drive the execution of change management activities for Oracle Cloud Financials across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate closely with project teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless system adoption and integration.
• Deliver targeted communications and training tailored to both finance and non-finance users.
• Support end users through process changes and system impacts, including BAU stabilization efforts.
• Actively gather and act on feedback to improve user experience, training, and adoption strategies.
• Follow through on assigned tasks and directions with a focus on quality and completion.

Requirements
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in change management roles.
• Proven experience implementing change in complex environments
• Strong communication, training, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Change management certification is a plus but not required.
