About the Company:

Coast Care is one of the largest Home Care Organizations in San Diego. We are locally owned with over 200 years of combined professional experience in the industry and are adding an experienced Client Services Manager to our Sales team. In this role you will make a meaningful and positive impact to the lives of our clients, caregivers, and organization and enable the compassionate and empathetic delivery of essential home care services.

About the Role:

As a Client Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our home care services. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and community partners. Your primary goal is to inspire and educate potential clients and their families about the benefits of our home care services, ultimately increasing our client base and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Identify and engage with potential clients, and their families, to understand their needs and provide tailored home care solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other referral sources to promote our services.
  • Education and Outreach: Conduct presentations and informational sessions to educate the community about our home care services and the benefits they provide.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with potential and existing clients to ensure their needs are being met and to address any concerns.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including activity logs, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home care, healthcare, or a related industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse groups of people.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for helping others.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of home care services, healthcare industry, and the needs of elderly and disabled individuals is a plus.
  • Technology: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.

Pay range and compensation package:

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
