Compensation Base salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year. Total compensation is set according to market rates and includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. Must Have Strong follow-through and task ownership; thrives on getting things done Experience running A/B tests, QA'ing launches, and reporting on test outcomes Comfortable updating copy, layout, and page flows within testing tools or CMS; solid understanding of what impacts conversion Working knowledge of analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Looker, or similar Clear communicator who can work across Copy, Design, and Media teams Creative mindset: ability to spot UX friction and suggest improvements based on behavior Experience 3+ years in a performance marketing or CRO execution role. You’ve launched tests, owned QA and implementation, and collaborated with strategic leads to bring ideas to life. Your Role Execute high-impact landing page and funnel tests that optimize performance across high-traffic campaigns. Implement revenue-driving optimizations through hands-on building, multi-variate analysis, launching, and reporting to ensure flawless execution and continuous iteration.
