• Enter and update data into databases and systems with high accuracy.
• Verify and correct data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
• Conduct routine data quality checks and audits to ensure data integrity.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining physical and digital files and records.
• Prepare and generate reports based on collected data as per requirements.
• Respond to data inquiries and requests from various departments in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy; proficiency in keyboarding is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and data entry software.
• Basic understanding of database management and data processing.
