We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused Digital Strategic Account Manager to lead the strategic oversight and flawless execution of high-value digital campaigns. This role combines deep digital marketing expertise with exceptional project management and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing top-tier client relationships, and ensures end-to-end fulfillment of complex campaigns across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for top-tier national and key digital accounts Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, ad ops, creative, trafficking, and analytics teams to ensure successful campaign execution Lead client meetings, presenting campaign updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations Proactively identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance, optimize strategy, and improve client retention Help build retention plans and work proactively to retain lapsing accounts Educate clients and sales reps on digital products and the agency’s capabilities Serve as a fulfillment advocate for the sales team—anticipating and resolving potential roadblocks Deliver post-campaign reports and insights to clients and sales teams, supporting renewal efforts Stay current on marketing trends, ad tech, and industry developments to bring new ideas to the table Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency or publisher environment 2+ years managing high-value accounts and senior client relationships Advanced experience with Google Ads (certification required), Paid Social, and Programmatic media Demonstrated experience overseeing the daily optimization of campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and additional digital channels Experience using trafficking platforms, CRMs, and project/campaign management tools Ability to read, interpret, and communicate digital campaign analytics Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Must be responsive and reliable across phone, email, IM, and video communication Self-motivated, positive, and solution-oriented with a keen attention to detail Sinclair is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace. The base salary compensation range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000.In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which would be awarded based on individual and company performance. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
