Job Description:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Dispatcher . As a Dispatcher at International Bridge, you will play a crucial role working closely with our other dispatchers in coordinating the scheduling and dispatching of our drivers, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of packages to local post offices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with other dispatcher to support and optimize delivery efficiency
• Collaborate with company’s IT team on development of internal delivery app
• Organize occasional junior dispatcher and driver app education sessions
• Assist with the coordination and scheduling of driver routes and assignments to ensure timely delivery of packages to local post offices
• Monitor the drivers’ progress and address any issues or delays to ensure adherence to delivery schedules
• Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize deliveries and resolve any operational challenges that may arise
• Maintain accurate records of delivery volume and performance metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Working Monday to Friday
• 2am to 11am shift

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatching or logistics coordination preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible working hours
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using dispatching software and mobile applications preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure
• Able to prioritize and stay organized
• Minimum 5 years of experience driving
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Driver's license number and a clean driving record
• Social Security Number (US only)
• Pass a pre-employment background check
