Entry-Level Carpenter/Cabinet Maker Ruby Construction – Rapid City, SD Ruby Construction is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Carpenter/Cabinet Maker to join our team! We specialize in crafting high-quality showcases that support retail stores, providing a strong foundation for businesses to shine. What You’ll Do: Assist in the construction and assembly of custom retail showcases, cabinets, and displays. Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble materials. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements. Sand, finish, and prepare wood surfaces for final installation. Work alongside experienced carpenters to learn and develop your skills. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. What We’re Looking For: A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn. Basic experience with woodworking tools (saws, drills, sanders, etc.) is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate! Ability to read a tape measure and work with precision. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. A team player with good communication skills.
