We’re hiring an Entry-Level Claims Parts Adjuster to join our growing claims team. If you have a background or interest in automotive parts or repairs and are eager to learn, this is the perfect opportunity to get started in a rewarding and fast-paced field.
What You’ll Do:
· Review automotive repair claims and help verify parts pricing and accuracy
· Confirm that recommended repairs match vehicle symptoms and diagnosis
· Communicate with repair shops and internal teams to gather or clarify information
· Learn to interpret repair orders, parts catalogs, and service reports
· Help support claim decisions based on contract coverage guidelines
· Document claim details and maintain accurate records
· Provide professional and courteous service to shops and customers
What We’re Looking For:
· Entry-level or early-career candidates with an interest in automotive claims
· Experience in automotive parts, service writing, or mechanical repair is a plus
· Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and repair processes
· Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
· Good communication and organizational skills
· Comfortable using a computer and learning claims software
