Review project plans and specifications for accurate bid submissions. Work closely with the project management and operations teams to ensure bids align with project goals. Obtain quotes from vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing. Develop takeoffs and manage all estimating duties through bid submission. Assist in post-award evaluations to refine future estimates and ensure consistent profitability. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members to clarify bid details and project requirements. Maintain records of bids and proposals in the Bid Log spreadsheet. The Ideal Candidate: Minimum of 1 year of experience in the construction industry Knowledge of HVAC fundamentals is . Ability to read blueprints (training provided). Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. Focus around customer deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in basic Office programs (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
