Compensation: Service Commission + Retail Commission + Tips Primary Responsibilities:

• Providing superior customer service
• Greet customers upon arrival and guide them through our list of products and services
• Maintain a presentable and professional appearance for our customers
• Perform facials and other skin care services based on the packages our customers choose
• Provide skin care consultations for customers with troublesome skin or problem areas
• Clean around station and turnover for next customer
• Up-sell treatments and products, when appropriate
• Take an interest in customers
• Responsible for managing inventory and supply management
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Stock shelves with products
• Systems utilization to schedule, view, communicate and check out patrons
• Promote services
• Assist owner and manager in the marketing efforts of the business
• Participate in continuing education programs, trainings and staff meetings
• Maintain required licenses
• Adhere to all regulatory, safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Perform other administrative duties
• Perform any other duties assigned by the owner and manager
