Event Security Representative at Mohegan Sun Join Our Team And Experience Endless Career Possibilities IF YOU ARE AN EXISTING TEAM MEMBER, PLEASE CLICK THE FOLLOWING LINK TO BE TAKEN TO THE INTERNAL CAREER SITE: MOHEGAN INTERNAL CAREER SITE Position Summary Event Security Representative: greet, guide patrons, provide point of entry support Provide service and safety to our guests in non‑gaming locations (Arena, Expo and Convention Center) Secondary Duties And Responsibilities Address patron complaints and issues or refer them to a Shift Manager, as needed Assist in maintaining a safe and secure patron experience according to department policies and procedures Minimum Education And Qualifications Previous customer service experience preferred Must be able to communicate effectively in English Competencies Good verbal communication skills Knowledge of the Arena and the property layout Ability to work as part of the event staff team Training Requirements Knowledge of the Casino property and its offerings Knowledge of the Arena’s emergency evacuation plan Physical Demands And Work Environment Must be able to stand, walk and climb stairs for extended periods of time Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment with frequent interruptions Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with this job.
