About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its dedicated non-profit organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial management of the organization, ensuring that all activities are in line with the mission of providing high-quality services to adults with autism. This leadership role involves working closely with the Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, and stakeholders to foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture, develop and execute long-term strategic plans, and oversee fundraising and development activities. The Executive Director will also be the primary spokesperson for the organization, engaging with the community, government officials, and other non-profits to promote the mission and programs. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) and a minimum of 10 years' of senior management experience, with at least 3-5 years in a role that involves working with adults with disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising, strong financial management skills, and experience in program development and oversight. A passion for the mission of supporting individuals with autism and their families, as well as knowledge of issues and trends in autism services and advocacy, is essential. The role requires excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
