Are you a paid ads powerhouse with a knack for optimizing campaigns that convert? We’re looking for a highly skilled **Virtual Assistant** who is **Google Ads and Facebook Ads certified** (or equivalent in experience), to support our growth across multiple digital ventures.
You’ll be the _go-to expert_ for setting up, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns for a wide range of clients, including e-commerce, local services, and info products.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* **Strategize, set up, and optimize** Facebook & Google Ads campaigns end-to-end
* Perform **audience research**, competitor benchmarking, and funnel diagnostics
* Write high-performing ad copy and provide creative direction for visuals
* Track KPIs, prepare reports, and deliver **data-backed insights** weekly
* Troubleshoot pixel issues, tracking errors, and performance anomalies
* Support A/B testing of landing pages, ad creatives, and headlines
* Collaborate with internal teams and clients for smooth execution
### ✅ **Requirements**
* **5+ years** of proven success running paid traffic campaigns across Facebook and Google (Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max)
* Demonstrated results in multiple industries – **especially e-commerce**
* Deep understanding of ad platforms, conversion tracking, and retargeting strategies
* Strong skills in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and UTM tracking
* Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
* Detail-oriented, self-managed, and deadline-conscious
* Availability during U.S. business hours (flexible)
### Bonus Points
* Experience with Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, or Shopify
* Knowledge of TikTok or YouTube Ads
* Copywriting or CRO experience
* Familiarity with ClickFunnels, Leadpages, or other funnel builders
