Founded in 1996, Davis-Struempf Funeral Home & Crematory has been serving families in Cobb County with over 80 years of combined experience. The funeral home was opened by Jim Davis, Debbie Davis Struempf, and her son, Kyle Struempf, with a tradition of excellence inspired by their father, Roy O. Davis. Despite the sudden loss of Jim Davis in 2021, the family continues to honor his legacy by providing comprehensive funeral services, including an on-site crematory. Our dedicated staff is committed to offering compassionate and professional support to the community.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Austell, GA, for a Funeral Home Assistant. The assistant will perform a variety of tasks including greeting and assisting visitors, supporting funeral directors, coordinating services, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the funeral home's cleanliness and readiness. The role requires someone who can provide compassionate support to grieving families and handle the details of service arrangements with professionalism and sensitivity.
