Must be a US Citizen and capable of passing a Public Trust background investigation . Job Description: C2 Labs is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented GRC Analyst to join our growing team. As a GRC Analyst , you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' Governance, Risk, and Compliance efforts. You will be responsible for conducting policy reviews, updating governance frameworks, and supporting OSCAL (Open Security Controls Assessment Language) adoption and documentation. Responsibilities: Conduct policy reviews and identify areas for improvement. Update and maintain governance frameworks to align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Support the adoption and implementation of OSCAL for security control assessment . Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to GRC activities. Assist with risk assessments and compliance audits. Contribute to the development and delivery of GRC training materials. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 3-5 years of experience in a GRC-related role. CGRC, CISSP, or Security + certification required. Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and FedRAMP. security frameworks such as NIST, ISO Strong understanding of GRC principles and practices.
