DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is a family-owned staffing company dedicated to finding quality employment candidates and matching their talents to our clients' needs. We are currently seeking 2 reliable Grounds Keeper to join our team. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently to ensure that the grounds are well-maintained and visually appealing. This will be at two locations, Chesapeake and Virginia Beach.

Responsibilities

Trim and Weed Edger

Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from outdoor areas

Assist with snow removal and ice control during winter months

Requirements

Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred

Knowledge of landscaping tools, equipment, and techniques

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
