About the Role

Kidlavie Nebraska LLC is seeking a dependable and hardworking Handyman Helper to support repair, maintenance, and improvement projects at our new restaurant and indoor playground facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to grow their skills in construction, facility maintenance, and general repairs.

You will assist our lead handyman/technician with daily tasks, helping to ensure the facility remains safe, functional, and well-maintained for our guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist with drywall installation, painting, patching, and finishing work.

• Support general handyman duties such as basic carpentry, fixture installation, and minor repairs.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and organized condition.

• Load, unload, and organize materials needed for various projects.

• Follow instructions from the handyman/lead technician and complete tasks efficiently.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction, maintenance, or handyman work preferred but not required .

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Basic knowledge of common hand tools and power tools.

• Willingness to learn new skills and assist with a variety of tasks as needed.
