Job Opportunity: HR Specialist
Location: Salem, OR
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
Work Schedule: Onsite

We're seeking a well-rounded HR Generalist to join a Salem-based company known for its great benefits, low turnover, and supportive work environment . • Oversee recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Manage benefits administration and assist employees with enrollment.
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Handle Paid Leave Oregon and other leave programs.
• Support daily HR operations to help maintain a smooth and efficient workplace.

• 2+ years of HR experience in a generalist role.
• Full HRIS systems experience (UKG preferred).
• Strong knowledge of benefits administration and leave policies .
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
