We're hiring a full-time Service Manager to oversee our daily operations and guide heating and air conditioning technicians to greatness. Here's what awaits:
PAY: You'll earn $70,000 - $100,000+ per year (based on experience) and have the opportunity for bonuses!

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
This is a dynamic, hands-on management position where you'll skillfully lead a crew of heating and air conditioning technicians (and soon, plumbers!) and elevate our customer service. You'll balance daily responsibilities with long-term process optimization efforts to help our business reach the next level. Your day-to-day tasks will include implementing Hall's customer service systems, managing field service, creating technician schedules, coordinating dispatch, and maintaining inventory. You'll conduct ride-alongs and mentor field techs to ensure everyone completes high-quality work.
You'll oversee KPIs and adjust strategies as needed to ensure all staff members meet their targets. Thinking ahead, you'll develop and execute a 100-day plan for your team to increase efficiency and productivity. You'll help hire, train, onboard, and review new talent as well as implement efficient Hall's processes.
