Job Qualifications:

• Proven management experience in a high-volume, casual dining, or family-style restaurant.
• Strong and stable work history.
• Excellent organizational skills in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for customer service and creating exceptional dining experiences.
• Ability to lead a team and ensure a caring work culture.
• Completion of a paid 12-week management training program.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company standards for food quality, production, safety, and cleanliness.
• Manage food production and Back-of-the-House operations using company-provided recipes and procedures.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Lead and train staff to maintain a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience.
• Manage labor and cost controls effectively in collaboration with the management team.
