Legal Assistant

Our client is currently seeking a full-time entry-level legal assistant to provide their firm's attorneys with administrative support. Required Skills & Experience:

• This is an entry-level position – prior experience working in a law office is a plus.
• Must possess superior organizational and time-management skills.
• Must be computer literate: Ability to easily learn & utilize the firm's client software database.
• Highest ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and outside parties.
• Spanish speaking a plus

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting the firm's attorneys & paralegals in managing day-to-day office tasks.
• Administrative responsibilities such as scanning, organizing, and recordkeeping.
• Assist with incoming and outbound mail.
• Manage calendars.
