The Registered Nurse in the Nursery department provides comprehensive patient care, advocating for patients, families, and significant others to ensure positive outcomes in a safe environment.

• They utilize the nursing process and evidence-based practices to manage a diverse caseload, demonstrating professionalism, autonomy, and collaboration.
• The RN acts as a guide, healer, teacher, and leader within the inter-professional team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Minimum education is an Associate degree in Nursing, with a preferred BSN, and a valid Ohio RN license.
• Current CPR certification is required at hire.
• No prior experience is necessary.
