LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse)  needed for a  contract  opportunity with Yoh’s client located in Ferndale, WA 

Top Skills You Should Possess:

• A valid and up-to-date  LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse)) license by the State Medical Board.
• BLS Certification
• Ability to work M-F, 7am-4:00pm

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conducting comprehensive physical exams, including vision, hearing, vitals, respiratory fit assessments, and various specialized tests as required.
• Proficiently performing basic lab tests and adeptly handling specimen preparation, medication administration, injections, blood draws, splinting, and dressing applications.
• Ensuring the readiness of examination rooms and maintaining optimal stock levels of medical supplies to guarantee exceptional patient care.
• Collaborating seamlessly with attending medical providers during examinations and medical procedures.
• Seamlessly managing administrative duties, such as patient scheduling, telephone inquiries, and meticulous upkeep of patient charts.
• Upholding unwavering compliance with both state and federal regulations, encompassing professional certification requirements, patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA, and adherence to treatment and safety protocols.
• Assisting in COVID-related responsibilities, including temperature screenings, questionnaires, vital sign assessments, and testing.
• Demonstrating versatility by actively contributing to both front and back-office duties as assigned.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• A valid and up-to-date  LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse)) license by the State Medical Board.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification coupled with Automated External Defibrillator (AED) proficiency.
• Clinical experience that serves as a valuable asset, demonstrating your dedication to enhancing patient care.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications strongly preferred
