LaSalle Network has partnered with a growing financial services firm in the Western Chicagoland suburbs that provides high-touch service to a diverse client base in hiring a Marketing Associate . Their team is passionate about delivering exceptional solutions and building lasting relationships. We're seeking a Marketing Associate to support brand growth, sales enablement, and campaign execution in a fast-paced, professional services environment.


As the Marketing Associate , you will play a key role in creating and executing B2B marketing content and supporting business development initiatives. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive messaging and impactful communications that drive engagement and support sales efforts.



Marketing Associate Responsibilities:

• Develop and write compelling content for email campaigns, digital marketing, social media, and brand initiatives
• Assist with RFPs and sales marketing materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and client communications
• Maintain and update marketing collateral and digital assets in alignment with brand standards
• Support the execution of targeted marketing campaigns and client communications
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and translate technical concepts into client-friendly language
• Analyze campaign results and contribute to reporting and insights to optimize performance

Marketing Associate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within a professional services or financial services environment
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
• Experience with email marketing platforms, content management systems, and CRM tools preferred
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• A team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail
