Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute community outreach events , awareness campaigns , and fundraising initiatives
Represent nonprofit partners at public events , pop-up activations , and educational campaigns
Engage with community members and donors through face-to-face outreach
Communicate each nonprofit’s mission, goals, and impact with clarity and passion
Build trust-based relationships to inspire donations and ongoing community support
Assist with event logistics , team coordination , and on-site campaign management
Participate in ongoing training , leadership development , and career mentorship
Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A friendly, outgoing personality with a team-oriented mindset
Passion for nonprofit work , public service , or social causes
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, public-facing environments
Local travel to community events and outreach locations is required
Experience in customer service , event work , or fundraising is a plus—but not required
Paid training and real-world mentorship from nonprofit marketing professionals
