Our client, a leading manufacturer of fishing tackle is seeking a Mold Technician to join their team. As a Mold Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Team supporting Production. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn, be a team player and strong desire for advancement which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mold Technician

Location: Mendota, IL

Pay Range: $20-26/Hr.

What’s the Job?

• Take charge of mold setups, teardowns, and troubleshooting like a pro.
• Ensure our products meet the highest quality standards – every cast and catch depends on you!
• Program robots to bring our operations to life.
• Master tools and techniques to keep presses running smoothly at standard cycles.
• Collaborate with teammates to tackle challenges and keep the workflow smooth.

What’s Needed?

• 2-5+ years of injection molding experience.
• Knowledge of tools and mechanics related to molding machines.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and handle the physical demands of the role.
• Familiarity with blueprints, line diagrams, and molding machine control screens.
• A natural team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
