Job Description

An existing partial or full client portfolio is preferred. Backgrounds in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering are required. Law firm experience prosecuting patents is preferred; experience drafting software and machine learning patent applications is a plus. The role offers the opportunity to work in a small, collaborative department supported by large law firm resources. The client base is diverse, ranging from large high-tech companies to small start-ups. Responsibilities include direct client interaction and management.
