Job Description

Role: Performance Engineer

Location: Austin, TX (Day-1 Onsite)

Minimum Requirements:

• 4+ years experience in creating performance test scripts using LoadRunner Web ( Web Services (SOAP/REST), Truclient protocols
• Expertise with creating load test models & then implementing scenarios using Performance center/LRE
• Experience in monitoring load tests, debugging issues, performing root cause analysis for performance issues and creating dashboards using Dynatrace and Splunk APM tools
• Experience on key software systems performance metrics & understanding of technical architecture
• Experience in writing basic to SQLs to extract test data and debug issues using Oracle DB
• Able to work independently with little guidance from senior members of the team

Strong candidates will also exhibit:

• Sound Knowledge to Java programming language and associated frameworks like Springboot, hibernate etc.

• Ability Profiling Java code, analyzing thread dump and heap dump, good understanding of Java memory management components

• Experience working in an agile delivery projects

• Exposure to project management tools like JIRA, JAMA
