General Summary:

Responsible for leading the design, development, implementation and maintenance of the Company’s Power BI reporting strategy.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Create and maintain Power BI reports, data models, and data visualizations.
• Propose solutions and fixes for reporting issues.
• Develop and maintain the technical roadmap for Power BI implementation.
• Develop operational processes and documentation.
• Create reusable components and templates for Power BI development.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and tools.
• Provides end user technical support and problem resolution.
• Assists with end user training.
• Ensure proper implementation of security standards
• Performs additional duties as directed by Controller.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Four year degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum three years experience of hands-on technical expertise in Power BI design and implementation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively train end users.

Description of physical working environment:

• Normal office environment. Routinely works from a sitting position with a computer. Repetitive typing and computer use required. Regular bending, twisting, and light lifting is common with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Occasional travel is required.
• Flexible and extended work hours as needed.
