- Contract Duration: 4 months
- Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN | Hybrid
- Compensation: $30.00 - $52.00 per hour
What you’ll do as the Print & Textile Designer: - Translate seasonal concepts, mood boards, and briefs into original, brand-appropriate print designs
- Develop repeat and placement artwork across categories, including all-over prints, graphics, and engineered layouts
- Prepare clean, production-ready files for vendors, including layered PSDs, vector files, and repeat swatches
- Execute detailed print files with expertise in repeat building, color indexing, and scale exploration
- Collaborate with internal teams on revisions, feedback, and handoffs, maintaining consistency from concept to final execution
- Manage timelines and milestones while supporting multiple projects simultaneously
- Partner with vendors through strike-offs, tech packs, and effective communication to ensure design intent is achieved
What you’ll bring to the Print & Textile Designer role: - 5+ years of textile or print design experience in apparel, preferably within mass retail
- Must have experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Strike-Offs and Tech Packs
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong knowledge of textile repeat building and production standards
- Experience creating and managing tech packs with clear vendor communication
- Proven ability to organize layered digital files and deliver precise, production-ready handoffs
- Fast, proactive communicator with the ability to thrive independently and within a team
- Flexibility to take on quick-turn assignments or 1–2 week project bursts
- Bonus skills in NedGraphics and PLM software
