Actively Seeking - Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent

We are a growing independent insurance agency seeking a North Carolina licensed insurance agent to serve as a Customer Retention Specialist. We are seeking an individual who desires to grow with us in opportunity as we grow.

Responsibilities:

• Service personal lines and commercial lines
• Maintain customer records
• Provide timely follow up on customer inquiries
• Provide excellent customer service

Job Requirements:

• NC Property & Casualty License
• Commercial experience
• Prior insurance sales and or customer service experience
• Enthusiastic and customer service oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and focus on top priorities
• Detailed oriented
• Excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products

Required Education: High School, College Degree is a plus

License or Certification: NC Property & Casualty License, Commercial Experience

Flexible work from home options available.


Compensation: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
