An amazing hospital in Los Angeles is in search of a new Radiology Imaging Associate Director .
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading Imaging Teams in the Acute Care Hospital setting, as well as California Radiology Technologist licensure. The Radiology Imaging Associate Director will report directly to the Senior Director of Imaging Services. This person will be supported by 2 assistant managers and multiple Senior Radiologic Techs, all working together to provide comprehensive care to this specific population of patients. This Associate Director will have the opportunity to continue growth and development of their career under the direction and mentorship of a great team in a world-class department.
This well-developed hospital consists of state-of-the-art technology, servicing over 500 beds. The Radiology Imaging Associate Director will join a department that is known for excellent care and playing a significant role in quality care and treatment.
The Radiology Imaging Associate Director will be in charge of overseeing that imaging and care provided by staff is efficient and thorough. This involves keeping staff up to date with current best practices and making sure they are following guidelines set by the hospital. In addition, the position requires collaboration with the Senior Director and physicians to achieve the highest level of operational and clinical efficiency that aligns with the hospital’s standards and values. The Radiology Imaging Associate Director will also have opportunities to develop their staff through education and quality improvement initiatives.
