• $75,000 – $150,000+ annual commission potential , depending on effort and consistency

Responsibilities:
What You'll Do • Connect with motivated homeowners and guide them through the full listing process
• Conduct listing presentations using EmpowerHome’s proven frameworks
• Use our advanced CRM workflows to manage, track, and organize your pipeline
• Provide an exceptional client experience from appointment to closing
• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business
• Host open houses and represent listings to qualified buyers
Qualifications:
What You'll Need • Active North Carolina Real Estate License (or currently in the process of obtaining one)
• Full-time availability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and dedication to client success
• Highly coachable, organized, and committed to professional growth
